I’ve subscribed, when can I start shopping?
Shopping opens at 5pm every Friday night and closes at midnight Sunday.
How many online retailers can I expect each weekend?
There will be between 25-50 retailers participating every weekend.
How can I find out which retailers are part of homeFREE?
Each weekend the participating stores change so you will need to login at 5pm Friday to see who is offering free delivery codes for that weekend. You can see logo’s of the retailers partnering with homeFREE on the homeFREE website. Also sign up to the homeFREE Facebook page for updates and profiles on new retailers as they come on board.
Is it really free delivery?
Yes, club members get 100% free delivery from participating online retailers. NO minimum spend, NO exceptions!
I live overseas can I still join?
Free delivery is only valid to an Australian address. If you live overseas and regularly post gifts to Australia you can join, so long as you are delivering to an Australian address.
Will I receive a newsletter with the codes in it?
No, you have to login using your password each weekend between 5pm Friday and midnight Sunday to get your exclusive free delivery codes.
How do I become a member?
Simply enter your details into the registration page.
What is Mum’s Grapevine?
Mum’s Grapevine is a free email service whereby we notify our members about sales and special offers relating to baby, kids and maternity.
How often will I receive an email?
You will receive our Sales Alert newsletter every Wednesday evening.
How can I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email or email us and we can take you off the mailing list.
How can I update my email address?
All you have to do is unsubscribe from your old email address and resubscribe with your new email details.
I have subscribed but I am not receiving any emails?
There are a few things that could be happening.
1) Resubscribe, just in case you made a typo the first time.
2) Check your spam folders, click ‘not spam’ to make sure it’s not filtered again.
3) Add @mumsgrapevine.com.au to your email whitelist. You can find instructions on how to do this here...
4) If you are still not receiving our emails sign up to the Mum’s Grapevine Facebook Page. We will always provide you with a link on Wednesday nights.
