Recipe: Kid-friendly veggie kebabs

Is there anything Jamie Oliver can’t do? We love this kebab recipe of chargrilled veggies with halloumi, and we’re pretty sure the kids will too! To make dinner time as fuss-free (and mess-free) as possible, prep your veggies earlier in the day and keep in the fridge for later. When its dinner time, arrange the rainbow of goodies in separate bowls and they can enjoy making their own kebabs.

Simply grill and serve for a delicious dinner in minutes.

Ingredients

120 g halloumi cheese
1 yellow capsicum
1 zucchini
140 g cherry tomatoes
½ a bunch of fresh mint

Optional
1/2 fresh red chili
1 lemon
Olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
