Babies sleep. A lot. And all that sleeping means a lot of time just staring, admiring every single hair and freckle on their head (during the early days of poop and sleep anyway). But there’s only so much staring us parents can do, and this is where Sioin Queenie Liao, freelance artist and mother of three boys, got a little creative with her baby’s nap time.
Rather than let her hours of ‘hands-free’ time slip her by, Queenie used the time to explore the sleepy adventures of her little one, piecing together imaginative dream sequences using items from around the house.
“My vision was to create a series of photos portraying him exploring his imaginary, enchanting fairytale-like world.“
The end results are fantastic, and well worthy of a chuckle in your seat or an embarrassing snort out loud. To see the entire range of fun photos take a look at Wengenn In Wonderland.
