Venturing to the Valley? Make a pit stop at Montrose Community Playground, a Yarra Valley playground hidden amongst bushland and brimming with outdoor fun for little ones.
The community built park is located at the base of Mount Dandenong in the Yarra Valley and the perfect place to pull up and play on your way to the Dandenong Ranges.
For little ones looking to burn off some of that never ending energy, there are plenty of heart-pounding activities to try. With stacks of wooden bridges to explore, climbing walls to master and a tower of nets to test out, kids will be sky high in fun. And don’t forget the numerous slides and swing sets as well!
Not only large in size, but also in imagination, Montrose Community Playground brings children into a garden of sensory delight.
Take a ride on the bug and motorbike rides, check out the animal sculptures and explore the Montrose Library cubby house, one of three different themed cubby houses that are scattered throughout the park.
