Recipe: Angel hair pasta with heavenly salmon sauce

Enter a new dimension of delicious with this super simple recipe for ultra divine angel hair pasta with creamy salmon sauce. With hints of lemon, whisky and, of course, salmon, you won’t believe how delicious this easy dish is.

And, best of all, it takes only ten minutes to cook!

Ingredients

500g angel hair pasta
150g skinless salmon fillet, sliced thinly
50g butter
30ml whisky (the whisky gives this sauce a delicious richness and the alcohol is cooked out, however, it could be left out if cooking for you kids).
150g cream
2 lemons, zested and juiced
½ bunch parsley

Method

Step 1.Heat some salted water in a saucepan ready for the pasta.  Add the butter to a fry pan over medium heat and as it starts to melt add the lemon zest and cook for 2 minutes, stirring regularly.

Step 2. Pour the whisky into the pan and cook a further 2 minutes while stirring. This will cook off the alcohol.

Step 3. Add the angel hair pasta to the boiling water and cook as per packet for 3 minutes.Step 4. Reduce the heat on the
