Just hours after Prince Harry and Meghan announced they’re expecting a royal bub, Pippa Middleton, the sister of the Duchess of Cambridge has become a mumma.
Pippa and husband James Matthews welcomed their first baby, an 8lb 9oz boy, just after 1am Australian time at the same hospital where her brother-in-law William and sister Kate had Prince George, Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte.
A spokesperson for Pippa said, “Everyone is delighted and mother and baby are doing well. A Kensington Palace spokesman said Prince William and Kate Middleton are ‘thrilled’ for the new parents. Pippa was a guest at the wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank just days ago
The 35-year-old officially confirmed her pregnancy in a fitness column for Waitrose Weekend magazine earlier this year, saying she made it through her first trimester without morning sickness, something her sister was plagued with.
