When it comes to fuss-free family breakfasts, it really doesn’t get much easier (and tastier) than a classic chia pudding. Simply mix the majority of ingredients in a bowl the night before, leave in the fridge overnight and let the kids devour in the morning.
Let’s get mixing.
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Rafferty’s Garden No-Sugar Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1tsp honey
- 1/4 cinnamon
- Fresh fruit to serve
STEP ONE: Place almond milk, yoghurt, oats, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Gently fold until well combined.
STEP TWO: Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
STEP THREE: Remove the mixture from the fridge and spoon into a bowl. Serve with your choice of fruit and top with extra Rafferty’s Garden No-Sugar Yoghurt if desired.
