Mum’s Grapevine Baby Group member and founder of Canberra’s Swish Biscuits, Shalini Nestor, shared her decadent pavlova grazing board with her fellow mums, and the response has been sweeter than she could ever imagine.
Shalini’s family had an early Christmas lunch, so she created the pavlova grazing board, heaving with different sauces, fresh fruit, cream, chocolates, shredded coconut and meringue nests.
Of course, the colourful and delish dessert went down a treat.
Shalini’s upmarket Aussie pav creation has since gone viral, with her modern take on a Christmas classic sure to be gracing tables across the country this Christmas.
