TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY
- Entry is open to all Perkoo by Mum’s Grapevine subscribers who are Australian residents 18 years of age and over.
- Employees and their immediate families of Mum’s Grapevine and Springhill Farm are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants must be active Perkoo by Mum’s Grapevine subscribers at the time of application.
SAMPLING PROGRAM
- Applications open November 7, 2025 and close when 500 eligible applications have been received or November 30, 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT, whichever comes first.
- The first 500 eligible Perkoo members who complete all requirements within the entry form will receive one (1) free box of either Springhill Farm’s Rice Puff Bar Vanilla Sprinkles, Rice Puff Bar Choc Chip, or Choc Oat Slice.
- Sample packs will be mailed to the address provided within 2 weeks of application approval.
- No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, or incorrectly completed entries.
- Applicants are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct and accessible for standard Australia Post delivery.
THE PRIZE DRAW
- There will be ONE (1) winner of a Springhill Farm Snacking Hamper valued at $150 (including GST).
- The prize includes an assortment of Springhill Farm products as determined by the Promoter.
- How to Enter the Prize Draw:
- Only applicants who receive a sample pack AND submit a product review on the Springhill Farm website (springhillfarm.com.au) by 11:59pm AEDT on November 30, 2025 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
- Reviews must be submitted on the product page(s) of any of the three sampled products.
- Reviews must be a minimum of 10 words to qualify.
- The prize draw will take place on December 2, 2025 at the Springhill Farm office in Ballarat, VIC.
- The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw and announced publicly on the Mum’s Grapevine and Springhill Farm social media channels by December 6, 2025.
- The prize must be accepted as stated and is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards, and cannot be redeemed in any other form.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, a redraw will be conducted.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving or consuming the sample products, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Entry in this program implies consent for entrant details (name, address, email) to be shared between Mum’s Grapevine and Springhill Farm for the purposes of sample fulfilment, prize distribution, and marketing communications.
- Data handling is subject to the respective Privacy Policies of Mum’s Grapevine and Springhill Farm.
- Mum’s Grapevine and Springhill Farm jointly reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise breaches these terms.
- The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this program if it becomes technically or legally compromised. Notice will be provided via the Mum’s Grapevine website and social channels.
- The decision of the respective Promoters is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
